Directions from Houston to El Cielo via Highway 59 South.

From Houston take Highway 59 South to El Campo, approxiamtely 65 miles. Take the Hwy. 71 Exit stay on 71 N. through El Campo. Drive 20 miles from the El Campo City Limits on Hwy. 71 North. Stay on 71 through Garwood. Just past Garwood turn left on FM (Farm to Market) Road 1693 (watch for the Pintail Hunting Club sign). Stay on FM 1693 for 7.0 miles then turn left on CR (County Road) 165 (there's an El Cielo Lodge Sign) and drive 1.5 miles to the gate of El Cielo Lodge.
