Directions from Houston to El Cielo via Interstate 10 South. From Houston take I-10 West to Columbus (approx. 80 miles from Houston) take exit #696 in Columbus turn left onto Hwy. 71 South. Stay on Hwy. 71 S. for approximatly 20 miles to FM (Farm to Market) 1693, turn right on 1693. Drive 7.0 miles on 1693 then turn left on the gravel road (CR or County Road 165), drive 1.5 miles to the gate of El Cielo Lodge.
